Biography[]
On 31 July, 1992 promptly at eight o'clock, Mr and Mrs Mason were expected at the home of Vernon, Petunia and Dudley Dursley, at Number Four, Privet Drive, where it was hoped that a business deal would transpire[1].
The evening, however, quickly became a disaster as Dobby the House-elf and Harry Potter continuously argued and banged things about; the Masons did not know of Harry's existence, and consequently the Dursleys had to go to great lengths to explain the noise[1]. The catastrophic evening finished with the Masons running out due to Mrs Mason's extreme fear of birds, as Harry had just received a letter for Dobby's use of a Hover Charm[1].
